About Sally

Salt Lake Sally is a full-time Realtor® serving Salt Lake City and Park City - from the Wasatch Front to the Wasatch Back. Known for her ethical approach, clear communication, and dedication to client care, Sally provides trusted guidance to those buying and selling homes, cabins, land, and unique mountain properties.

Originally from Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Sally moved to Utah in 2011 to attend Westminster College, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology. After graduating, she worked with Intermountain Healthcare supporting pediatric psychological care. With a background in outdoor leadership, she was drawn to recreational therapy because of her passion for the positive influence of the outdoors—an interest that continues to shape her lifestyle and perspective today. While recreational therapy was not a long-term career path, it reinforced her values around care, responsibility, and quality of life.

Following opportunities to travel, Sally returned to Utah, where her love of snowboarding led her to a role as Assistant Property Manager at the Sundial at Canyons Ski Resort. In this position, she gained hands-on experience with property operations, ownership considerations, and resort-based real estate. This exposure ultimately led her to pursue a career as a licensed real estate agent.

Upon becoming licensed, Sally entered the industry as a full-time agent and intentionally immersed herself beyond her own transactions. In addition to serving her clients, she devoted significant time to roles that strengthened her understanding of the business at every level. She worked as a transaction coordinator for high-producing agents, developed transaction management systems for her brokerage and top-performing teams, served as an Associate Council Member helping guide brokerage education and culture, and acted as a trainer and education coordinator for agents. These responsibilities were carried out alongside her active sales business and reflect her commitment to building a deep, well-rounded skill set in service of her clients.

From the beginning, Sally’s business has been referral-based, built on trust, relationships, and the strength of her community. What she values most in real estate is the people it connects her to and the meaningful role she can play in their lives. She approaches each client relationship with care, consistency, and integrity, understanding that real estate decisions are an important part of how people invest in and grow their futures. By offering clear guidance, dependable expertise, and a steady presence throughout the process, she is able to serve her community in a way that has a positive and lasting impact—work that brings her genuine joy and is at the heart of why she loves what she does.

Hey Friends!

My name is Sally, and I live with my fiancé in a cabin in the woods in the Wasatch Mountains. Nature and community are central parts of our daily lives. While we are grateful for the solitude of the backcountry, our proximity to Park City, Midway, and Salt Lake City creates a balance that still feels almost unreal.

I cherish the cabin lifestyle—being close to nature, working intentionally for warmth and water, and embracing the rhythm of the seasons. For nearly half the year, winter access is by snowmobile, turning everyday commutes into rides through a true winter wonderland. It’s a way of living that requires effort and presence, and one that brings a deep sense of gratitude.

This lifestyle allows me to fully enjoy the outdoors year-round, from snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and snowmobiling in winter to mountain biking, hiking, camping, and time on the river in warmer months. I also value quieter pursuits like reading, practicing the piano, cooking, crafting, dancing, puzzling, and spending time with friends, family, and our adventurous cat, Mavis.

My passion for the outdoors has shaped both who I am, how I live and how I work. My business is one of my greatest sources of pride. I have poured so much intention into allowing it to align with my lifestyle and values. Real estate allows me to stay rooted in people and community while helping others navigate major life transitions with care and clarity—work that feels purposeful and deeply meaningful.

I have been extremely fortunate for the opportunities I’ve had because of real estate and the experiences and people it has brought into my life. My heart is full of gratitude to love my job, and to be who I am today because of it.

Thanks for being here. I hope we get to share more of this journey together.

With Gratitude,
Sally
